So, make sure you outline the topics in a logical sequence, so that you do not get confused and also draw the attention of others.

Ensurethat you are clear about the date, time, and location of the meeting. Also givedue consideration to size, comfort,availability, room acoustics, and equipment needs like projectors, laptops etc. so that you do not land yourself arranging all these things in the last minute.
