subject: Hoardings Hire For My Farm [print this page]

This is quite a busy time for us at our farm, at the moment all of the animals seem to either have youngsters or be about to give birth and it"s a lot to handle and keep an eye on. The problem is it"s more of a smallholding than a farm and my husband and I love animals so we don"t" plan to see them for meat. The problem is that we took n the farm last year after seeing that our next-door neighbour was selling up and retiring. Obviously we didn"t plan for any of them to have babies but the "deed" was done and we just had to deal with it. We are also not well practiced in much of it so we"ve had to pay someone to give us a hand whilst the babies are born.

The babies keep on coming and I we"re running out of paddocks so I decided to sort out water filled staking barricades so that we could make a few extra paddocks quickly for them so they can all at least be safe. The problem is they can"t all be put together and the males will definitely have to be separated from the babies. Thankfully my friend owns a water filled staking barricades company so I was able to sort out some hoardings hire quite quickly and he"s dropping it off later today for me. Some of my friends are coming around to help me with the hoardings hire and get the paddocks sorted. Hopefully by the end of the day we"ll have some very happy mommy"s and babies.

I"ve got to admit although I love the farm and seeing all the births is truly magical when I"m constantly getting up 3 times a night to check they"re OK and getting up at 5 am in the morning I am starting to think it was a little bit too much to take on. Once this is all over at least we can regulate the males going in with the females a little better and we will only have babies when we want them. Role on the Autumn.
