It would be time consuming but at least the time taken would give your better results and in the future you wouldnt regret the decision.
For me it happened when I was stuck with my previous company without increment and appraisal for over two years. There were many false promises by the company and as a fool I took everything seriously and worked out of my skin. It was only when recession struck I came to know about the truth. I was simply asked to work with a salary deduction of around 2000 or to leave the organization. I was taken back at the cold behavior of my organization. I decided to leave the organization and hunt for new one. Being the recession there was hardly any job and I had to cool my heels for more than six months at home.

My decision to leave my organization at that time was the biggest blunder I committed. I realized my mistake and learned never to repeat the same ever. Thereafter I got an opportunity at the end of eighth month and it was with Panoramic Universal Ltd (PUL).
Since then Ive been having a life with constant growth and in case of PUL I had some of the best years in terms of knowledge gain and proper returns for the hard work. Even Mr. Sudhir Moravekar, the MD of the company has a past just like me. Even he was deprived of many things in the past but his hard work and dedication made sure that he is in the same position. So you should always bear in mind there are never dead ends in your life its only an obstacle which you need to overcome.
