Moving a PODS container
Let the PODS delivery truck driver show you the patented hydraulic lift system. With a design thats meant to reduce the shifting of your contents, youll be reassured about the safety of your stuff. The PODS will go where you go and get there in one piece! Ask our truck drivers about their experience too! Theyre very qualified in moving your stuff. They know how to move it the most efficiently; without jostling it around or causing things to shift or break.
Will I have time to load and unload?
PODS give you as much time as you need to pack and unpack. Without being burdened with deadlines or any kind of time frames, you can just enjoy your leisurely move. That means that if you have to take more time to make sure your things are packed correctly, you dont have to worry about being hassled. This is the chance for you to get the stress free move that you deserve after all.
Are weekends okay for pickups and delivery?
All POD locations operate six days a week and some operate all seven. Recognizing the need for flexibility, the PODS can stay on your location for as long as necessary if they cant be picked up on a weekend. Just make sure of your own local ordinances. If you need to, contact local authorities and make sure that youre not breaking any laws by having something picked up or dropped off at the time of your choosing.
What kind of Clearance do you need?
An incline free, 12 foot wide by 15 foot high area of clearance will be needed. Keep it clear of any low branches or of wires. Make sure that its easy to drive up; after all, you dont want to encounter problems with your stuff in that truck! Enjoy the move!
Being there at delivery: yes or no?
It isnt necessary to be there at delivery of your POD but we surely do recommend it if its possible. Since we pick up and drop off after 7 am local time, we can work around your schedule if necessary. You are going to be in charge of making sure the POD gets dropped off where you need it and of making sure that we have the clearance room necessary.
