subject: I Sorted Out Podium Scaffolding [print this page] Im working on a few rooms in our house and Ive decided that Im going to redecorate and do it well. Im really interested to find out what the outcome will be once Ive worked on it. When we first moved into the house although we did paint we didnt paint all the rooms and putting things such as new lighting in, painting the skirting boards and window sills werent done so a few years down the line Im now sat here thinking that everything could look a lot neater.
Ive booked a week off to enjoy myself at home but that Im not the sort of person who can sit around the house all week so Ill hopefully fill my day with a little work on the house.
As Im painting the ceilings as well as I dont know when the last time they were done was I decided to sort out indoor scaffolding. Indoor scaffolding that big but its high enough that you can complete tasks high up without worrying about balancing on a step ladder. Its on wheels too so you have no restrictions. Whilst I was on the phone to the hire company I also decided to sort out podium scaffolding too as it would come in handy around the house and outside too as I wanted to fix a few of the drains and other similar things and I feel far safer on podium scaffolding than on a step ladder.
I am going to spend some of my time relaxing but I know full well Ill be bored so if I can do a few activities which it doesnt matter how long it takes Ill enjoy my week far more. I think Ill be happy with the finished result too.
My husband has the week off too but I know full well hell end up working half the time or spending the time on the golf course so there isnt too much point making time to spend a day with him or expecting him to help me around the house but Ill still enjoy myself as the weather is meant to be nice too.
