Famous for its tagline, Every night, 13,000 cabs hit the streets of the city that never sleeps, but there's only one that pays you!", Cash Cab is a game show conducted in New York City. The contestants are not informed of the rules until they are picked up by the game cab. After giving them the instructions, they are asked if they wish to continue the game. If they want to continue the game, they cannot get out of the cab until the end of the game. They are asked questions for which they have to answer and for each question, they are given a reward ranging from $50 to $200. They can ask for help from one of their friends or relatives through a cell phone for any one question. There are exciting challenges like Red Light Challenge and Shout Outs. Giving a wrong answer will be counted as a strike out and the contestants are allowed a maximum of three strike outs. If the passengers reach the destination without getting a strike out, they can play the game and win double the amount. It is an awesome game show loved by people from all walks of life.

Hip Hop Squares:

This is a game show similar to the Hollywood Squares. The contestants should get O or X arranged in an order as played in tic-tac-toe. Celebrities are made to stand in the squares and they answer the questions asked. Only one celebrity gives the right answer and the contestant has to pick the right answer. If the contestant picked the right answer, the square of that celebrity would glow with the contestants symbol. The person who advances to the final round has the chance of winning a bonus prize of $2,500.

The contestants are given three lives, i.e. if they give a wrong answer, they lose one life. If the contestant loses all the three lives before the ninth level, they have to walk out with the money they have won until the previous milestone they crossed. In case the time runs out before the end of the game, they are given $100 for each mark they got on the board until then. The contestants have the chance of winning $3,00,000 in Christmas episodes and $1,00,000 in other episodes. In Christmas episodes, the contestants who cross the tenth level are given a gift and those who win the gift can get an extra life.
