subject: How To Solve The Common Stoppages Of Ball Mill [print this page]

When using the ball mill, it is inevitable to appear the stoppages. How the solve the common stoppages of ball mill? This article will tell you some common stoppages and their solutions of ball mill. Maybe you will use them when operating a ball mill. There are four common stoppages of ball mill. They are as follows.

1. Fan vibration.

Reasons: (1) Powder deposits on the fan blade or the abrasion is imbalance. (2) The foundation bolt is loose.

Solutions: (1) Clean the powder on the fan blade or change the fan blade. (2) Screw up the foundation bolt.

2. The transmission device and the analyzer emit heat.

Reasons: (1) The oil viscosity is high and the oil is thick, which make the thread oil pumping hard to spray and the upper bearing is lack of oil.

Solutions: (1) Check and make sure the model and viscosity of the engine oil is the same as they are demanded. (2) Check the rotation speed of the analyzer.

3. The powder inlet bearing of ball mill grinder roller device is damaged.

Reasons: (1) The oil is run out of or the sealing ring is damaged. (2) The bearing is want of repair and cleaning for a long time.

Solutions: (1) Add oil at schedule time. (2) Clean the bearing routinely and change the oil seal.

4. The installation of ball mill

The quality of the installation is vital to the normal operation and the production safety. The installation should be under the professional technology staffs guidance.

Pay attention to the person and equipment safety, especially to prevent the barrel from rotation because of laterality in the process of lining plate installation.

Fix after cleaning the coordination surface with the thin oil and the friction surface with the grease.

Operate strictly to the control demand and operating rules after it is installed and switched on.

Make sure the continuity of the dead load and load trial run and prolong the trial run time.

Make installation according to the installation & operation instructions, and related drawings as well as the related technological demands in the machinery fitting job specifications.
