The base of the ceramic ball mill bearing pedestal consists of two oil chambers and one circulating water chamber. The height of each thin oil level in the oil chamber is in the inner diameter location, and the base plane of the oil chamber can reach to the base board. The 1/3 volume of the ball mill roller bearing is soaked in the thin oil chamber so that the roller bearing can be well lubricated. Between the two ball mill machine oil chamber there is cooling water circulating water cover, and the cooling water will cool the oil temperature down to the proper temperature of the bearing. Set by that can fully satisfy the need of the bearing lubricating, there is no necessary to adopt ball mill peripheral lubricating station or the temperature control device to safe operation.

When the ball mill cylinder rotates, the steel ball will be brought to certain height. Due to the gravity of the steel ball, it falls down along certain orbit. The ball mill machine steel ball is pressed by two forces: one is the force pressed from the tangential direction when the barrel rotates; the other is the force which is symmetrical to the steel ball diameter, and this acting force is generated by the sliding due to the ball mill equipment steel ball self weight.

So the previous two forces will constitute a pair of couple to any steel ball. Because the ball mill steel balls are squeezed between the barrel and the adjacent steel balls, the couple will generate the big or small friction resistance between the steel balls of ball mill machine, and so the steel balls of different lays will revolute with the barrel axis center. When the steel ball falls down, the impact force is produced, so the ball mill steel ball will do intense and disordered movements.
