Article 34 of the EC-guideline 2006/112/EC limits international sales of VAT-liable goods. This guideline is only applicable when we ship to our clients. However this means you can buy unlimited amounts here with 7% VAT and store or instruct a courier service. As the goods are stored in a different warehouse you need to get them shipped to our different logistical partner Prosegur where storage and further handling is possible.

2.Collect your package in person (bring ID) or instruct a courier service. Courier services that ship are FedEx, GLS and Prosegur. Please note that costs need to be covered by you. A silver package of 9 kilo with 10.000 Euro value will be approx. 180 Euro incl. vat and insurance with different carriers to most European countries, such as United Kingdom and Ireland. Pro/cent does not take any responsibility due to theft, delays or customs duties. It is totally the customers responsibility.
Notice: In order to get the 7% Vat the ownership will be transferred to you in Germany. You are responsible for transport and/or pick-up.
How do I sell coins and bullions?
1. The coins/bullion shown on our website are the coins/bullion we are interested in buying.
2. Please call or email us during office hours to fix the price of the goods you wish to sell, provide also your full bank details.
3. After we confirmed the price with a credit note you need to send the items immediately to Prosegur in Germany where they will be checked by one of our experts. Postage and risk have to be covered by you. Alternatively we offer to arrange pick-up within Europe by an insured currier service.
4. Please enclose a signed note stating the type of coins/bullion, the quantity and the agreed price.
5. Once we have received the items we will confirm receipt and check them within 48h.
6. Upon approval of the items' quality we will arrange payment to you.
7. Should the coins not be approved we will send them back to you at your cost and no payment will be made. Pro/cent AG will not cover any shipping charges.
