This movie was presented in two sequences in the original movie, one series was in black and white and other was in reverse order and in color. In Ghajini it was half narration of past through a diary and half was present. In Memento the actor had the mental situation of anterograde amnesia while it was called short term memory loss in the movie Ghajini. Both were about the revenge for the murder of wife or girlfriend of the main lead actor. Both movies did amazing on box office.
Jab We Met- Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor starrer movie Jab We Metseems to be inspired by A Walk in the Clouds which had Keanu Reeves as a lead actor. In both movies the story was same, guy was emotionally scared and girl was in love with some other guy when they met in a train. Girls parents confused them as couple and in the end of the movie both, the girl and the guy, realized that they actually have fallen in love with each other. Only difference in these movies was that in Jab We Met the guy was from a wealthy family and in A Walk in the Clouds the girl was pregnant from his previous boyfriend. Buy images of these two movies and you will find there is a lot of similarity even in the pictures; only the vineyard was replaced by sugarcane field.
Kuch Kuch Hota Hai- Multi starrer movie Kuch Kuch Hota Hai seems to be inspired by the movie Sleepless in Seattle. Story is all same in both movies. Father and a kid (daughter in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and son in Sleepless in Seattle) are left behind when the wife died of fatal diseases. By the help of radio in Sleepless in Seattle, and TV in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, kid tried to find his father a new girl friend. Only difference was that in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, the new girl friend was her fathers old flame. Buy videos of these two movies and find the similarity in the two movies yourself.
Mujhse Shaadi Karogi- Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra starrer Mujhse Shaadi Karogi was inspired by movie Anger Management. In both movies the lead actor had the problem of ill temperament and he needs to overcome that for the sake of her girlfriend. In movie, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, an old friend of actor(fact was reveled in the end of the movie) helps him by irritating him constantly while this role was played by an anger management therapist which was hired by lead actors girlfriend (which was again revealed in the end of the movie) in Anger Management.
Likewise movie Murder was inspired by Unfaithful,Musafir by movie U turn, Kaante was a remake of Reservoir dogs, Omkara was inspired by Othello, Aitraaz by movie Disclosure, Partner by Hitch ,Sarkar by The Godfather and the list goes on.
