subject: Learn To Talk To Any Guy In 2 Easy Steps [print this page]

How often have you wished you had that natural charm that lets you approach and talk to any guy on a whim? Do you often find yourself avoiding meeting men simply because you're afraid you don't know how to talk to a guy? Would you like to learn to talk to any guy you meet in such a way that he would ask you out on a date? It's not as difficult as you might think. Any girl can do it, all it takes is a little knowhow. These two tips will help get you started learning to talk to any guy.

Pretend He's an Old Friend

Any time you approach a strange guy who interests you, forget that you've never met him before. Better yet, pretend that he's an old friend you haven't seen in a long time. Just walk up to him casually, and jump right into a conversation. Start off with something like, "How's it going?" Then let things proceed naturally from there. The sense of ease you exude will put him at ease, and you'll find an immediate comfort between you.

In the worst case scenario, the guy you approach may be confused. He might have trouble remembering who you are or where you met. This is perfectly understandable, because you've obviously never met before. It's just that you're the only one who knows it. He won't ever suspect that you're putting him on. He'll assume that the mistake of not recognizing you is his fault, and he might even try to make it up to you by giving you more attention than he might have otherwise. Bonus points go to you!

Insult Him - In a Nice Way

One of the best ways to make a connection with a guy is to find a subject of conversation where you share something in common. Unfortunately, if you've never talked to a guy before, it's tough to know what he's interested in. But there is an easy way to find out, and one that will help you break the ice and grab his attention.

The next time you go up to a cute guy, try insulting him. We don't mean to actually insult him, like, by telling him his mom is fat or ugly. Instead, insult him generally. Say something like, "Your favorite band sucks." He'll not only be taken aback, he'll probably be a little amused as well. And it will prime his pump to get him talking about the kind of music he likes. You could try the same tactic with sports, or movies, or books. The point is to get his attention and figure out what he's into at the same time. By learning what he's interested in, you create an opening to learn how to talk to a guy.

Sure, these techniques may sound a little sketchy, but they work. And they're fun. Think of it like a game you're playing with yourself, or with guys you don't know. The more you enjoy yourself, the more natural and approachable men will find you. It's true that you're tricking yourself into learning how to talk to any guy, but sometimes tricks just work best.
