The National Art Society is a forum created by artists themselves to assist one another in getting their work out in the public and be able to showcase their work and earn a comfortable livelihood from it.

National Arts Society has partnered with other entities who share in our passion of uplifting the artists such as; American Art Society, the National Art Council, Daniel Schuetz Family foundation, California Oil Painters Association, San Diego Plein Air Society, Blick At Materials and Michaels Art Supplies with more partners and affiliates joining. There is a general perception that art is a hobby that is done as a side job and is not meant to earn money. There is also the feeling by artists that when they commercialize their work they are in essence selling out and their work will not be genuine.

The society is a close community of artists of all genres, from students, novices to seasoned who assist one another in all aspects of their work. We aim to provide an avenue for showcasing art works through organizing galleries and workshops and allow artists to network with other artists, buyers, gallery owners and suppliers of quality materials for the artists. The result of all these is that the artist will be able to comfortably live of his passion and consign the notion of the starving artist to history. This journal will feature works by various artists and will work with search engine optimization experts to make the work by our members to be on top of web searches and will also assist members by linking their individual web sites.
