subject: Is Qnet A Saviour Or A Villain? [print this page] Few years ago the financial economy across the globe froze and approached a meltdown. People had the Herculean task of surviving unemployment yet make ends meal on time. Inability to pay taxes and rent led to being homeless and roofless. People were petrified and feared bankruptcy. Employed individuals were unhappy with their remuneration as it did not help them meet their personal needs. Downsizing was a common scenario in each and every company. Amidst this chaos the world was thrown into, there rose an organization employing people who were willing to market and sell their goods. There was a steady rise of such companies and soon they called themselves a part of the multi-level marketing industry. There were a string of companies like Qnet and others planning, implementing and executing various projects to generate employment across multiple countries.
They had one common objective to market their product, in return they paid their employees lump sum. It was indeed a boon and a money minting strategy. A person who had the will and desired to be a part of such company had to undergo training sessions. He or she was taught how to market, advertise and sell a product to potential buyers. How to strike a deal and maintain customer relations and nurture them. The ones who passed the tests and displayed their capabilities were enrolled as Individual Representative (IR). Individual Representatives have to achieve their target set for the month. The remuneration at the end of the month is equivalent to the numbers of sales they have accumulated. If an employee fails to improve himself and perk up on the learning curve, he or she is either trained further or dismissed.
The company is not accountable for the failures of an employee. An employee has to single-handedly maintain and monitor his sales and website. Even a minor glitch can lead to his downfall. However, this time it was the company that was dragged into legal hassles because few could not meet the criteria. Qnet was one of the companies accused of misdemeanour and was alleged to be a scammer. The people posting reviews and snippets of the company disregarded the hundreds of success stories that was the result of accomplishment on the companys side. All were slinging dirt on Qnet, while it was thriving to succeed for the sake of its employees.
Multi-level marketing firms have nothing to lose. They value their employees and provide them with an opportunity to make it big in their own small way. Companies like Qnet are responsible for hundreds of entrepreneurs because their firm was a stepping stone for these young business men and women to live it large. People have become passive receptors and tend to grasp what is being said and portrayed and ignore facts. How can a company, millions trust con them one by one? It is humanly impossible. The only way to narrow down to the right conclusion is only through research. A well-informed decision is always a wise practice to adopt.
