Impact of the suggested land-ownership policy:

Rama Raman, the boss of Higher Noida and Yamuna Expressway Growth Authority, says: "If area is transformed from lease-hold to free-hold , then a significant amount has to be compensated by the customers to the govt bodies worried for the transformation. The transformation cost is not yet made the decision. We are working on this offer."

Ram Gopal Gupta, a former city-policy adviser of DDA, says: "There is no difference in the value of area, whether perpetual or rental hold; it all is determined by area use, which would be followed according to the legal information , maybe of the NCR or the actual programs. Expert programs of specific places and zonal programs if any have not been taken consideration of. Before applying the suggested area possession strategy, these must be effectively taken into consideration."

Anil Sharma, the chair and md of Amrapali Team, says: "A free-hold real estate asset is always more suitable in comparison to a lease-hold real estate asset . Once the new possession strategy comes into power, exchange of real estate asset will become easier. Banking organizations , traders and international traders are relaxed with free-hold qualities. For the govt, it is a very excellent source of income creation and in upgrading the income record. In case of sequence, it becomes easier for a common man to exchange real estate asset to his heir."
