In todays shrinking world the knowledge of English is not just an advantage but a necessity. Everybody must be able to read, write and speak fluent English. There are several reasons accounting for this such as, interaction with people around the world, browsing the internet, working in corporate world, understanding official documents, studying etc. The reasons why one must be fluent in English are many. The question that arises here is how to do so? How to be fluent in English?

So, if you want to learn language, dont be shy or embarrassed about it. Dont think about what others will say or think rather focus on how impressed others will be, once you become fluent in English.
Learn the grammar thoroughly: Take the first step towards being fluent in English by learning grammar thoroughly. Many people fail to do so, start speaking absurd English and often become a subject of laughter. Grammar acts as the foundation for speaking, writing or reading English fluently. Once you learn grammar thoroughly, half the battle is won.
Enrich your vocabulary: Once you have prepared a strong and firm foundation, its time to build the castle above it. Enrich your vocabulary. Seek for the meaning of every new word that you come across in the dictionary. See how it is used and what all senses does the word make. Pay attention to how the word is pronounced and written.
Learn online: The education has gone online with the advent of IT in it. One can pursue online Language Training, sitting at home. This online educational mode has several benefits over the traditional form. Other than the online education training courses one can also use online dictionaries with ease to enrich his/her vocabulary. Read blogs, forums and other write ups in English that are of your interest.
Start writing: Its time to show what youve got. Start chatting with those who have a good command over English. Chat with your friends in English. Either you would surprise them with your good command over English or you would learn from them. In either of the cases, the benefit is yours. Start writing over blogs, posts, forums etc. and participate in as many discussion boards as possible. This will give you great confidence.
Start speaking: Now that you have a sound knowledge of English grammar, your vocabulary is rich and you right well in English, I dont see any reason why you should hesitate in speaking in English. Be confident and start speaking English. You might be a bit slow in it in the beginning but the more you speak the better you get in it. Pay attention on how the words are correctly pronounced. Keep practicing.
