The iron ore crushing plant working process:
Firstly, the primary heavy duty crusher will reduce the run-of-mine iron ore up to 1.3 meters in diameter into lumps about the size of a football feeding by vibrating feeder, it is then transferred to a secondary crusher by heavy duty conveyor belt, where the sized iron ore is broken down into grapefruit-sized lumps. Then the crushed iron ore will be transferred to sieving equipment for grade. The oversize is returned for tertiary crushing after which it becomes part of the feed to the product screens.
Secondly, after the crushing process is over, the sized iron ore will be sent to a concentrator where waste shale and low-grade ore is removed so the saleable lump and fines products can be produced. Thirdly, a washing plant is needed to remove the ultrafine iron ore. After the washing process, the final iron ore products are produced. Then it will be transported to a stockpile.
