The back rest of the chair should be comfortably adjusted with your back. The curves should be possible matched to prevent you from back pain.
Arm rest and elbow should be aligned at 90 to 110 degree. The forearm should be parallel to the ground, while your wrist is at normal position.
Your wrist should be placed in neutral position. Avoid bending your wrist to upward or downward sharply. The computer table and the chair should be at the position that the table height and your elbow should be at parallel.

The keyboards should be placed in a position so that you should not extend your arms forward or lean backward for typing. The keyboard should be placed at some raised angle. This will make us to type easier. The angle should not be more than 20 degree horizontal or below 45 degree.
The mouse should be placed nearer to the area so that the transition from keyboard to the mouse makes easier.
You can also make use of other items or objects within the reach. Something like notepad, pen, books and other frequently used items near to your sitting location. If you use the document holder near the monitor will seriously affect your neck muscles. So place those document holders beneath the monitor and above the keyboard with some tilted angle for viewing.
