All of us have heard the same old crap from our upline about recruiting new people into our MLM. They always talk the numbers game. Something like, talk to 10 people and you recruit 2. After a year you could quit your full time job or something like that.
OK, so now you are in your MLM business and have tried everything your upline told you to do. You have talked to your friends and family, made cold calls, handed out business cards and about a month into this you probably realize that you are just spinning your wheels. So now what? You can't ask your upline what to do because they are doing the same thing. You probably feel defeated and some are even ready to quit.
You need to realize that there are very successful people out there doing this every single day and making a lot of money doing it. What is the secret to their success?
Did you ever stop and think that maybe MLM recruiting doesn't have to be this difficult? It can be quite easy if you are recruiting the right people.
So as far as MLM recruiting, you need to stop trying to recruit people into you MLM who don't have any interest in an MLM.
Makes sense right? So, why do we continue to try and recruit people for our MLM, many of which are not interested?
Some people are content with their lives working their 9 to 5 jobs and others just have no interest in being part of an MLM. Your upline doesn't tell you about these people. They pretty much make it seem that you can convince almost anyone to sign on to your MLM. They always say to talk to anyone and everyone because you never know who you might be standing next to.
What makes sense is to focus our recruiting efforts on people who have shown interest in our MLM. So, where do we find these people? Advertising. Just like any new business, you need to advertise to let people know that you are there and open for business. Without advertising how do you expect to find any MLM recruits without hitting the pavement day after day? The reason why so many MLMers fail is because they don't recruit enough people into their MLM.
Learn as much as possible about running your business online. The more you know the more people will want to sign up with you because you will be able to help them succeed in their own MLM.
