The inertial cone crusher locates on the chassis, and the static cone and the moving cone constitute its working mechanism. Generally, the cone is attached with a wear-resistant liner, space between the liners forms the crushing chamber. This kind of ore belongs to iron quartzite, its hardness is 17 to 18, the density is 3.4g per cubic centimeter. That plant adopts a four-stage closed-circuit crushing production process, the content of the -12mm products is less than 80%. Its grain size is big, the energy consumption is high and the process is complicated. And the -30mm ores are difficult to be crushed. After transformation, the adoption of one PE-400mmx600 mm jaw crusher make it available to crush the ores to 12-100mm, then putting the ores into a GYP-1200mm inertial cone crusher, after a two-stage crushing, the products granularity gets to -9mm accounting for above 80qo, the production is 62.3-79.2Uh, which not only reduces the grain size but also simplifies the crushing process.

3.Hunan Non-ferrous Metal Mining Concentrator. It uses a GYP-600mm inertial cone crusher during grinding system, its granularity of -5mm takes up 95% which has decreased by 20% of the new-system energy consumption compared with the original one. The grinding grain size decreases by 40% and the production increases by 28%.
