Why?
Because I have set up systems so that my work can withstand the unexpected change of plans my activities without disturbing the normal weekly (such as the publication this week of e-zine). Systems without the disease, may be an emergency or even crazy sometimes life is serious disturbance which can affect the profitability, credibility or otherwise lead to unnecessary pressure.

Unfortunately, when things work well, can a false sense of security in control of what actually makes the implementation of systems "low" priority.

As a coach it is my duty to help the company focus on their strengths, set goals, and discover the passion and create a solid foundation for a successful business. This is also important in their similar businesses and personal lives.
The team leader for my company, it is my responsibility to be organized and set up systems that will help support both me and my team. I do not like the pressure, and I do what I can to relieve pressure on my team and myself.
The last thing I want to do is aid to worry about work when you need to put their energy to their families. A company that is organized and structured, and a backup plan helped my team and I just a "fusion" of the system and achieve the final result with minimum effort - Business, not only learned to do, but I got to do well.
Wizards of the win-win situation is that I was able to be supportive rather than terrified, unable to rely on our systems, which in turn allowed them to be with his family because " they need to be.
