hose evey year before put into use. Keeping the fins cleaned will allow the

air to flow properly. Overheating and damage to the compressor can be a

result of clogged fins. Air condition units should be done by qualified

technician. Air conditioning repair costs could go up if the unit is not

properly maintained. The same procedures in air conditioning repair should

be done to a central air unit. Central air units is a large unit that is

located on the side of a house or in the back. This unit works in

conjunction with the furnace units fan. There is what is called an A-coil

which is located in the furnace unit.

When it comes to heating, we have furnace repair . Similar procedures are

done just like the air conditioning repair. Instead of using freon, most

furnace units use natural gas. There are more dangers when it comes to

these units. The blower fan and fins on the blower motor need to be

cleaned. Most newer furnace units have an electrical pilot light instead of

a gas. The gas ports in furnace repair need to be cleaned. Sensors that

activate the newer furnaces need to to checked and cleaned every year. Air

filters need to be replaced every three months or cleaned if you have a

washable filter. This also goes for summer months when the air is being

used. Air ducts need to be cleaned once a year. Furnace repair is very
