The reality is that you are never going to lose weight unless you are ready to really get out there and put in the hard work and effort. The truth of the matter is that you need not waste any of your time and effort trying to shed the excess pounds if you are not prepared to work really hard. Believe me shortcuts are something that just does not exist. Believe me losing weight is simple when you get on the hypothyroidism diet, so just get out there and do it.

Once you are ready mentally I would encourage you to really get out there and remove all the clutter that gets in your way. The biggest culprit is of course the TV, so I would recommend that you throw it out.

You are also going to want to stop messing about by partying with your friends all days of the week. To succeed you have to focus and the only way to focus is to remove the distractions from your home.

Now comes the time where you are going to have to create a plan of action. Having a structured plan will help you move forward and get the weight loss results you desire. The only way to formulate a plan that works is to start reading. You need to get out there and read as many books as you can on the subject of losing weight.

Once you have the knowledge then you can create the plan and then you can move onto taking action. I am telling you right now that there is no such thing as perfection so just do your best and work at it. While you are not going to see instant success, you will get amazing results over time if you just work hard at it.

If you don't take action then please don't expect to get any results. The fact is that you need to also prepare yourself for all the obstacles that you come across. So when you find what doesn't work you need to stop doing it, and focus on doing more of the things that do bring about results. If you are able to do this over a long period of time then you will lose a lot of weight.
