Having a hydrated work force is extremely important if you want office productivity to remain high. You do not want your employees to become parched and unable to work. Having office water coolers will save your employees the effort of having to scurry down to the building cafeteria for a bottle of water. Plus, it guarantees that they receive their recommended daily allowance of water everyday so they will be happy and refreshed throughout the day.

Equipping your office with a water dispenser is very easy. All you need to do is to choose a model and find a good, clean source of bottled water. Most business allow their water to be delivered to them in a regular basis. If you haven't considered placing office water dispensers in your workplace, then it's about time you should.

There are two types of office water dispensers available in the market. The first one is the plumbed water cooler or bottleless water cooler, and the other utilizes water bottles. Both types have their own pros and cons, and it is necessary that you think about which type would suit your business the most.

Bottled water dispensers are handy and very portable ways to provide water that does not need to be cold. Some workplaces do not have the necessary funds to purchase a water cooler, so the water dispenser would have to do. Office water coolers such as the bottled water dispenser are extremely portable. You can carry it around or relocate it with no restrictions. This capability becomes very handy when an office is in a temporary site and would have to move soon.

Office water dispensers such as these have pros and cons, as with any other product in the market. The bottled water cooler is quite ideal if there are no fixed water supplies in the office. The purity of bottled water cannot be compared with tap water as it will be cleaner and is of higher quality. The cons, on the other hand, are numerous as well. Bottles of water would need to be purchased regularly to replenish these office water dispensers. You also need a good amount of storage space to keep your supply of bottles. Carrying the bottles to replenish these office water dispensers can be very difficult because these bottles are heavy and very cumbersome.

Plumbed water coolers, on the other hand, have to be connected directly to a source line which makes them more compact and less of a hassle. You do not need to replenish these types of office water dispensers because it is pulling from building supply line. Plumbed water coolers have cheaper running costs and have features to chill and filter your water. With plumbed dispensers, there are no heavy bottles to change and there is no need to order frequent refills.

Installation of office water coolers such as these have costs to consider and could are more costly. They must be installated by a professional and as you might imagine because it is attached to a supply line, it is not portable and cannot be moved to another location on a whim. If your work area has no main water supply, you cannot use a plumbed water dispenser and would have to resort to the bottle water kind.
