Mediocre results. You create an opportunity from it, that's how you become absolutely stellar.
Heart (5 Cylinders)
One of the most powerful forces in the world is the heart. Think of businesses that have been extremely successful. Think of a company like Microsoft, or Apple. Those companies have a passion, someone there is committed at their heart to what's going on. And they have the heart that nothing is going to stop them.
