Here is a recipe for cheesecake simple and practical, worth a try. Ingredients 200g biscuit type cornstarch 5 teaspoons (tablespoons) butter, melted 250 g ricotta cheese 2 cups (tea) milk and

1 1/2 cup (tea) demerara sugar 1 cup (tea) cream

2 1/2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin agar Mint leaves for garnish strawberry syrup or berries:

300g strawberries or raspberries

4 tbsp (tablespoons) brown sugar

1 spoon (soup) of lemon juice Preparation Step

1: Place cookies in a blender and blend well. In a bowl, place the butter, add the crushed biscuits and mix well the ingredients form a dough. Place the bottom of a pan rim removable 26cm in diameter, and press with your fingers and light the oven, preheated, for 8 minutes.

2nd step: In a blender, beat the ricotta and milk. Add sugar and continue beating. Place the cream and gelatin has dissolved according to package directions and mix quickly. Pour the base already mounted on removable rim and refrigerate for 4 hours. Unmold and serve with strawberry sauce or berries. 3 step: For the syrup in blender beat the fruit (strawberry or raspberry) with the sugar until it forms a puree. Sift and add the lemon. In a saucepan boil the syrup over low heat for 10 minutes. Garnish with mint leaves

This recipe is for those who love to eat chocolate and do not consume eggs or milk. This brownie is vegan and is very tasty if served with a strawberry syrup, as I did today at home.

Ingredients

2 xic. cake flour

1 tea vanilla colh

3 colhs cream (soy)

200g dark chocolate (no milk w / vegan)

100g ground almonds (or walnuts) 1 1/2 xic. Water colh a tea baking powder 1 pinch salt 1/2 cup sunflower oil 2 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder colh Preparation In a bowl beat the cream, sugar and oil. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder and mix, add water gradually and beat, put the vanilla and continue mixing. Place the pieces of chocolate in a bowl and let it melt in a way with hot water in a water bath. Add the melted chocolate mixture and place the almonds in the end. Spoon the mixture into a place so small pan.

Bake for 30 minutes in an oven of 180 degrees or until a fork and put out clean. Remove from oven and let cool for ten minutes. Place on a cold surface, and when fully cold cut into pieces. Serve with strawberry sauce and pieces of fruit on top. Makes 10 pieces
