I had to get a mould of my teeth taken a week before the appointment to get the braces on. They used this gooey material to make the mould. It was easy and tasted minty so the flavour was pretty good too. This mould was used to make a special plaster model of my teeth.The awesome thing about this was the orthodontist used this model to put my braces on when I wasnt even there! I asked my orthodontist why he does it this way when lots of my friends had to sit in the chair for ages. He said that it was fast, more comfortable and he could be more accurate. A week later I had an appointment to get my braces on.They cleaned my teeth and made sure everything stayed dry when the orthodontist glued the braces in place. My braces came in a special tray that reminded me of a mouth guard. After the glue set the tray was taken out and the braces were on my teeth whitening Gold Coast. Almost like magic! The wires were then fitted and I got the colours over the top. They have heaps of colours at Gold Coast Orthodontists. I got a rainbow of different colours because I couldnt pick my favourite. I get to change the colours at each visit so I have time to try them all.I will keep you updated on my progress. Make sure you see an orthodontist who puts your braces on this way.
