After grinded, the gold ore and silver ore will be added to water as well as necessary medicament, and infused into a stirring pulp tank. Then importing air to the slurry to form a large number of bubbles, some that not easy to be wetted by water, commonly referred to as the hydrophobic mineral particles will attach to bubbles and float to the slurry surface, forming mineralized bubbles layer; others that easily wetted by water, generally referred to as hydrophilic mineral particles will remain in the pulp and discharge mineralized bubbles which contain specific minerals so as to achieve the purpose of beneficiation.
Flotation machine features:
1. It is with stock inlet and gate device, which is used to adjust the slurry scope and mainly composed by a steel plate tank and plate and round bar gate.
2. Air charging system: It is composed by catheter and intake pipe. When the impeller rotates, the impeller chamber will produce negative pressure, which could inhale air through the hollow pump line, and diffuse in the slurry to form bubbles, then the slurry is quickly thrown to the stator by rotational force of impeller to further refine the bubbles in the slurry and eliminate the rotational motion of pulp flow, which resulting in a large number of micro-bubble vertically rise and provide the necessary conditions for flotation process.
3. Agitating device: it is used to stir the slurry, prevent the ore precipitating in the tank; it is mainly composed by the pulley, impeller and vertical axis; and the impeller is made of resistant rubber.
Then what should we do in daily working to prolong its service life?
1. Train operators the necessary technical, make him understand Raymond mill principle, familiar with the operating procedures before stalling the machine; in the working course, keep certain personnel responsible for custody machine.
2. Draft equipment maintenance and safe operation system to ensure the mill keep long-term safe operation. At the same time, it is necessary to maintain tools, lubricating grease and the appropriate accessories.
3. Do regular maintenance, repair and replace wearing parts, carefully examine whether the connecting bolts and nuts of roller device exist loose phenomenon or insufficient lubricating grease.
4. Replace the roller device after more than 500 hours working, clean rolling bearings and replace damaged parts, lubricate the machine by manual pumps or grease gun.
