All these phrases are commonly used yet they contradict one another. Which is it? Will change happen constantly or perhaps does nothing change?

The normal project manager has a technical personality and doesn't understand the disruptive impact of shift (business process, technology, applications, organizations, etc.). Businesses do not get the anticipated results and benefits from their technologies opportunities because they do not deal with the influences of alterations on people.
