Many families that started coming out all those years ago have grown to love the area and have returned over the years, sometimes even to the same vacation rental homes. Those memories and stories are what the company is looking to share, as they look back on thirty years of watching the smiles on the faces of vacationing families.The celebration will run all year with a variety of special contests, promotions and giveaways.This initial photo contest is a unique opportunity for many families that have visited the Outer Banks and stayed at one of the many Atlantic Realty vacation rental homes to share those stories of good times with others.

The Grand Prize will be a complimentary three night stay at one of the beautiful oceanfront condo vacation rentals in Duck. There will also be a First Prize of a free portrait seating to add to your vacation family memories and a Second Prize award of a $100 gift certificate for one of several local restaurants.
