Holistic approach is important to deal with the crisis.
These are reasons why people suffering from Panic Attack. and I will name a few,
1. Childhood history ( abuse, neglect, family situation etc)
2. Stress from the job
3. Scary thoughts the "What if" thinking . Panicking without no reason.
4. Chemical imbalance in the brain
5 Cause by food we ate that high in caffeine or something that excite you
6. Identity Crisis
7. Cathasthropizing. - Everything that you see around you imagining of the worse thing that can happen.
8. Frustrations that keeps inside yout and not letting go
9. Bitter attitude
There so may reasons that i could think of.
When I read the book of Norman Vincent Peale in " The power of Negative thinking" I understand fully that negative thinking is a habit. We trained our brain unintionally that we began to believe it. Negative thoughts is an occuring thoughts but it is for us to stop it. We can re-train our brain again. believe me, its not easy but if you keep thinking positively and try to stop thinking negative, Your brain will start to be re-train.If you succeeddoing this exercises, you will be amazed by the result. again, its not easy but having a panic attack that hamper your everyday life and torturing you? I rather do this exercises.
tip:
Everytime you start thinking negative and one example is the "what if" followed by catastrophizing that trigger panic attack, imagine a "STOP"sign, you know what stop sign in a traffic? yeah thats the one. use that, think that, everytime you are start tothink that something that will trigger panic, that STOP sign appear in your thought. Now this is the hard part, how can you replace it with the positve thoughts? be creative, but please make sure be realistic with positive thought dont over do it that it seems hard to believe.
this technique is just one of the ways but you can have your own way that will work on you.
