It is basically a mirror of the people and nation as a whole. One can understand the way people live, their joys, their sorrows, simple things that makes them happy and many other things. I decided to visit this wonderful city and understand about the culture of the place. Since I teach culture in the University, I decided to visit the city and understand the culture of the place from close quarters. I came to know that there are several flights to Warsaw like Air France, British Airways, and many more offering their services to this city. I decided to buy airline tickets for cheap plane that are also plying their services in the area.
As far as arts are concerned, the city is known as the cultural capital in the region. The city is also referred to as the Paris of the East and this was because of the golden times witnessed during the rule of King Stanislas Poniatowski. Between the wars, the city again geared up to make things normal for its citizens and promoting culture of the place was one of the ways to do so. The city bounced back despite all adversities like 20th centurys tragic Odyssey and remained at the helm of modern trends. Since many cheap flights to Warsaw are also available, I decided to book myself on one of them. The city has now left old painful memories behind and has regrouped to make the place lively and vibrant. A wide array of events are organized in the city like Warsaw Autumn Festival held annually, Orange Warsaw Festival, The Cranberries, Great Football Exhibition, Warsaw Chamber Opera, Madonna World Tour, Sunday Chopin Concerts and many more. I was anticipating attending one or two of these events during my visit. I was also anticipating witnessing the showcase of best contemporary art of the country. Contemporary music can also be experienced here with coming together of all music luminaries.
I was hopeful that this city is going to offer best cultural facets. The cultural calendar of the city is blocked with a wide array of events taking place. The events differ in their caliber, experience offered by them and interest generated. The city is influenced by Eastern as well as western culture, hence it can also de witnessed in the eclectic mix of culture offered. Local artists exhibit their talent and visitors are enthralled to see them exhibiting their culture. The city has gained lot of significance culturally and today has gained popularity as the Mecca of artists and musicians.
All these things inspired me to make my visit to this city as soon as possible. I decided to book cheap tickets to Warsaw and materialize my visit.
