If they say no, and some will be for many reasons, to move forward. You may already have many things going on now. Ask if you can call in the future.

There are also different rules and views on the initial contact. I heard some people say on the phone, because they get a lot of emails that the invitation will stand out. Others said, do not assume the phone and cut when you have not already.

There are a number of things you could try. For example, send an e-mail you want to call. Send a message via the post office. I've seen people also send your requests via Express Service, which included a number of different ornaments, and samples and holds the attention.
