Flying for pleasure or business comes with certain expectations. While most part of it is a satisfactory experience, we do come across some unexpected or weird behaviors from a flight attendant.

However, not a permanent feature, some of them can really give you a bad time. As you sky ride, many wacky behaviors can be experienced from the staff in the aircraft.

The Snap and Snippy

There she is the epitome of perfection, but has a permanent scowl on her face. Looks can be deceptive, and though she is charming, she will never ever smile at you. You will really need to think twice before you request her newspaper or a glass of water. Tired is she? Or just too uptight like her chignon! One look at her and passengers will tighten their seat belt without any announcement.

The Old maid

The skirt does not fit well. The blouson is not just right. She is fumbling but she is doing a good job. A bit slow but steady with her service. There she is The old maid. Deadpan expressions, befuddled and not at all pleasant. It really seems like a very long flight!

The Dazed look

Perhaps she dozed off at the training or just has her own perception about the hospitality industry. You wonder if someone is blackmailing her as she has that dazed look everytime you request for some juice or service. No apologies or an acknowledgement, you really do not know if she is going to fulfill your request.

The Animated Mannequin

Crisp clothing, and just too perfect. She walks down the aisle requesting you to mind your arms and legs. Is she really concerned? Nothing new just the same old service and menu. That can be boring when you encounter someone who has stayed like that for years. She seems like an animated mannequin.

The Blonde

Yes! Language can be problem in international flights and most times, yet it is about the wavelength. Dumbness can be an asset when the flight attendant nods her head both ways when you ask you a brand of cognac. Actually, the brand was never stocked in the pantry. So she confuses, as she herself appears confused. Her motive is accomplished and the passenger is not angry.

The Mopey Head

Moping around without a mop! Perhaps she had a tiff with the pilot right now. Miss Mopey is very sensitive when you request her for another napkin or repeatedly ask her for something. She will not cry or rather she cannot cry on the flight but then she is not really happy and that shows in her demeanor.

The Bewildered Look

She is part of a great service, but just look at her when your baby cot is missing or they forget to serve your beg menu. She gives you the bewildered look and doesnt know how to manage when something goes wrong.

Service with a smile is important. However, much about the flight attendant is not about the training or experience they gather through years of travel, but having the right attitude.
