The usage and application range
1 This series of jaw crushers are mainly used to crush ore and rocks of medium and above hardness for medium and fine crushing in the industries of metallurgy, mine, chemical industry, cement, construction, refractory material and ceramics.

General structure:
The jaw crusher is mainly composed of fixed body, rotating body, safety device and adjusting device.
1. Fixed body: The main components of the fixed body is rack, which has two manufacturing engineering: carbon steel casting rack and carbon steel plate welded rack. Welded rack uses the reinforced stiffener on the basis of the original cast rack, and through strict quality control and specific process requirements to achieve the same effect as casting rack. In order to prevent the serious wear of the lateral wall, crushing chamber is equipped with a shield on the left and right side, which can be easily replaced.
2. Rotating body: it is composed by moving jaw, eccentric shaft, bearings, pulleys and other parts, is the main part of the jaw crusher transmission and endurance.
a. Moving jaw is composed by movable jaw bracket and movable jaw plate. The movable jaw bracket is made of 35 # cast steel, and goes though quenching and tempering treatment.
b. The eccentric shaft is made of 45 # steel, and goes though quenching and tempering treatment.
c. Bearing adopts an aligning spherical roller bearing, with characteristics of fine-tuning, big endurance and durability.
d. Jaw plate is divided into mobile one and fixed one. In order to enhance the crushing effect, the surface is made of optimized tooth type with ZGMn13 material which has high hardness and wear resistance.
3. Adjustment device: it is used to adjust the size of discharge opening and control the discharge granularity. Our jaw crusher adjustment device has two forms: long wedge type, and plunger gasket type with convenient and flexible adjustment, can achieve stepless adjustment.

Working Principle:
Jaw crusher has different structural forms but same working principle, that is, crush materials through the cyclical movements of movable jaw. When the moving jaw is swinging to fixed jaw hanging around heart axial, materials located between the two jaw plants will be crushed, split and bent. At the beginning, the less pressure reduces material volume, so that the material close to each other and gradually crowding; when the pressure rise to what surpass the material strength can bear, materials are crushed. On the contrary, when the movable jaw leaves from the fixed jaw to swing to the opposite direction, the materials move downward by gravity. Every cyclical movement makes the material be crushed once, and pull them to the below segment. After several cycles, the broken materials expel from discharge opening. With the motor continuously rotating, the material periodically crushed and discharged by the crusher, and then the mass production can be realized.
