If you are one of the many people looking into starting a Paleo Diet, but you need just a little more information, I've simplified some of the great aspects of going Paleo for you. Here are seven great reasons to make the switch and start eating Paleo Diet recipes.

1. Eating Real Food. - Take a look at the nutrition labels on your food - see anything that you can pronounce - anything that you would recognize? Probably not. With Paleo Diet recipes you eat REAL food - very close to it's original state. It's a nice change!

4. Lose weight without pills, powders, or freeze dried meals! Unless you are in space - your food shouldn't come from a lab. Mother Nature knows how to make it best!

5. A great variety of foods to choose from! You'll be surprised at all the foods that are allowed on a Paleo Diet! There is more to life than bread and pasta. Think about all of the variety of meats, vegetable, fruits, roots, and nuts that you can experiment with!

6. It's easy to start on a Paleo Diet. Most Paleo Diet recipes start with the basics - start with a meat or protein and then add a vegetable! You don't even need to worry about natural fats. Eating is supposed to be enjoyable - not complicated!

7. It just as east to stay Paleo when you eat out! Most entre's will contain a basic protein and a vegetable - or you can easily substitute a vegetable for a pasta. Unless you are in a Vegetarian restaurant - ordering Paleo is much easier than ordering low fat or low calorie (unless you prefer salad with no dressing to steak and grilled mixed vegetables!)

It may take you and your family a little time to adjust to the new way of eating on the Paleo Diet, but once you adjust and find a few favorite Paleo Diet recipes you will wonder how you ever survived eating those chemical laden products most people call food!
