In fact, I got shaped and came in touch with the local traditions and culture of people. It was easy to talk with someone as it was element of my life.

Hence, studying foreign languages brings you near to culture, customs, festivals and people. You feel aware of the living type, culture and practices, often followed in the country. You connect to tens of thousands of such people while on internet and share your opinions. You make an effort to gather information about things that is part of their lives and society.

There is a wide diversity in the way people reside in their own country. Learning a language or languages have created the world a small town. You obtain accustomed to their thinking, attitude and behavior while speaking and remaining one of them. There are occasions when you almost forget what your first language was.

Learning multiple languages enables you to take command over different factors like talking, reading and writing. That is useful when you wish to choose the career of a translator or interpreter. Some people want to be called a linguist too.

For people in paperwork, learning languages opens the door of diplomatic life. You then become a dignitary and enjoy the life abroad. If you're a student and you have to work on thesis, it becomes important to where you wish to live and study know the language of state. For others who are working temporarily in other places also for an amount of a couple of months, it's essential to know the language. Places like Japan, China and Korea are exclusively influenced by their own language to talk with people originating from remaining world.
