subject: Blister Packaging In My Life [print this page]

Blister packaging is used every dayBlister packaging is used every day. You probably use blister packaging every day without even knowing what it is. I used blister packaging this evening when I put a little soap pack of detergent in my dishwasher. The blister packaging for this retail product is a little plastic blister pack like a little 000 bubble full of the detergent product and just the right amount of product too.

The blister packaging is easy to use, creates less mess from potential spills of product and less waste of product. I like being able to just reach into my box of detergent product and grab a unit of blister packaging product to place in my dishwasher. It's so easy that my two-year old can put in the product which he likes to do. This makes life easier for both of us since he gets to help mommy and I don't have to clean up a mess, just hand over the little blister pack of detergent and he puts it in the dishwasher without a mess of spilled product all over himself, nor do we have the tantrum of him not getting to pour the detergent. So, this blister packaging makes my life easier in more the a few ways!

Blister packaging is also used every day with other product that I use in a very different way. I have disposable contact lenses which come in small blister packaging. Each contact lens has their own little 000 blister pack. The little blister holding the contact lens also has contact solution product to keep the lens product moist and sterile. I know that when I pop that little blister or break the seal that my contact lens product is safe and sterile since no one else has touched it since it was put inside the blister packaging.

I also know that the expiration date is correct since the blister packaging is air-tight and keeps the product from any damages in shipping of the product. The blister packaging for contact lens product also makes it really easy for me to take the product with me on vacations or business trips or even to just carry a replacement contact lens product in my purse for emergencies when a lens product rips or falls out. I just have to reach into my purse and grab the little blister pack with my replacement contact lens product and I don't have to drive home with one eye good and one eye bad. So, blister packaging used in contact lens product packaging is very helpful to me in very many ways!

Clamshell packaging is another type of blister packaging which helps me to shop. With clamshell packaging I can see the product without having to open the packaging. I've found clamshell blister packaging helpful when purchasing computer cable product or phone part product or other electronic product. The clamshell helps me to see what kind of cable connection the product has or what color or size the phone product is. I don't have to know all of the electronic names for the product I'm getting, just look at the product through the clamshell blister packaging and I know what product I'm getting!
