subject: Keeping In Touch After The Reunion [print this page]

Did you recently go to a school reunion? If you did, you more than likely would like to keep in contact with old friends that you ran into there. Luckily, you have your options. There are plenty of ways to connect on the Internet . Social networks allow for you to keep in contact with everyone you meet should you want to. It is not very hard to keep in touch with those that you run into.

Using social networking

One of the fast technological advances would be social networking. That makes those we are known in the past four more easily accessible so that you can reconnect with them. There are sites out there that provide class information so that you can find someone specific, if that is what you would like to do. There are so many features that allow for you to be able to do that.

Since pretty much the entire civilized world is on Facebook, it is so much easier to keep in touch with all of your old friends. You could even look into school networking websites to find friends. Classmates has been around for a long time, so you could even go there.

There was a time when we couldn't keep in touch with those we miss so easily, because all we had were phones and some shoddy internet connection that maybe let us AIM. Now we can get into contact with those that may not live on the same coast anymore. It is also much easier than ever to have web video conversations through major video chat type products.

Be the first one to make a move and add your old friends on your favorite networking site. Make sure that you only get into contact with those that you have no issues with, because it is pretty much pointless to keep them around unless you want to move on from the issues and start a new friendship. You can also add them on other websites, as well. This makes it much easier for you to stay friends for longer.

People live with their cell phones glued to their hands. You could just text with them or have some fun chatting on your preferred social network, it doesn't matter. What does matter is that you remain steadfast when it comes to keeping friends from your school reunion. There are so many people that you may have never given a chance, but now you are given a second chance to see how truly interesting they can be.
