May 15, 2012 (San Antonio) Carenet Healthcare Services, a performance-driven organization providing results that increase todays healthcare cost, access to care and quality issues, is focused on its future growth and expansion

.

The growth of business and addition of team members in a array of staff positions which includes Information Technology, Human Resources, Client Services and Sales, plus numerous direct, member facing roles including Registered Nurses, Member Services, Inside Sales team members, lead to the companys rapid physical expansion of facilities and the development of a corporate training center.

The expanding workforce has accelerated the companys physical expansion of its San Antonio corporate campus by adding a fourth operations facility. Though much of the existing workforce is concentrated in San Antonio, registered nurses are based in home offices across the US.

As Carenet continues to successfully gain clients with proven solutions for health plans, hospitals, military systems and employer groups and further defines its solutions for its business procedure outsourcing (BPO) customers a probable need for further expansion has been identified. The company is looking to additional labor markets and available facilities around Texas as solutions in the midst of remarkable growth.

As Carenet continues to grow its services, client base and workforce, we are looking for the best places in Texas to call our next home. said John Erwin, president Carenet Healthcare Services. We want to take the special environment that has been created in our San Antonio corporate offices and offer the same experience to a future Texas market.

Carenet established a Training Center to instill in each new team member a sense of place and form a strong connection with the company, its values and purpose. In addition, the training enforces the quality measures associated with each position and standards of service Carenets clients expect.

Delivering the importance of our companys culture, values and exceptional reputation for service coupled with our unprecedented growth were the catalyst for the development of the Carenet Training Center, said Vikie Spulak, executive vice president, Carenet Healthcare Services. We want each person who joins our team to share in what we have spent years building together and feel their own sense of ownership with commitment to foster our core values and share a great work environment and experience with their colleagues.
