Abu Dhabi, in the Far East, is a very modern city with plenty of attractions to explore. If you arrive in Abu Dhabi airport you will be amazed at the decor inside. It is very glitzy and truly amazing. When you reach the city you must go to the automobile museum it is a must for all the family. It houses the world's largest mobile home and has an extraordinary amount of military vehicles. For those tourists looking for an insight into the history and culture of this amazing city then take an excursion out to the Heritage Village. There you will be able to experience some of the traditional shows like falconry and the art of camel riding. Outside the city is Lawi. It is a few hours drive away but well worth the journey to see the fabulous sand dunes. Here the desert is fascinating and some of the dunes are extremely large, measuring over 300m high. Back in Abu Dhabi you can book a tour around the Emirates Palace Hotel, with its 8,000 dollar a day suite. The building is magnificent from the outside and jaw dropping inside, with the amount of gold used to decorate the walls and floors. At night the building is lit up in a multitude of color. The White Fort is a delightful building and apparently the oldest structure in the Abu dhabi city tour. The 3D Mosque is a definite tourist attraction. The marble work is encrusted with semi and precious stones and the inside is extremely lavish with a Persian rug that is said to be the largest in the world. There are some wonderful photo opportunities all around this magnificent city.

Dhabi Beaches and Dubai desert safari

A new 2 kilometer beach stretches along some of the coast line of the city. There are plenty of sun loungers to soak up the heat and barbeque facilities to have a picnic in between experiencing the water sports of diving, jet skiing and many more activities that will suit most tastes. Or just relax and soak up the beautiful sunshine on this extremely clean and well maintained beach. There are also life guards along the beach and the water front facilities are great, with cafes and restaurants and a purpose built building to change your clothes and shower off the sand in. With the heat reaching up to 45 degrees you will need plenty of sunscreen and water to hydrate your body.

Shopping Mall

There are more than enough shopping opportunities in this city with many shopping malls selling everything from gems to designer fashion. You will not be short of things to spend your money on and the colorful Souk is a very authentic shopping experience where you can purchase gifts and souvenirs locally made by skilled craftsmen. It has alleyways and small shops tucked away in every corner, it is very charming.

Arabic Food

Dubai Overnight Desert Safari Arabian food is mostly sold in the city but there are restaurants to suit other palates. While in the Far East try some of their exotic foods. There is plenty on offer like stuffed vine leaves and delicious spicy lamb with rice bread, but if you are a fussy eater then you won't be short of international cuisine to choose from. The hotels have a wide variety of cuisine as do some restaurants around the city
