What are the ingredients of the Powder Sencha Green Tea In A Salmon Pie?

Two Salmon Steaks

Two tablespoons of the powder version of Sencha green tea

Two pie sheets (chilled)

One egg (separate the yolk and whites)

Two tablespoons of white wine

Salt (with your preferred amount to taste)

How do we cook the Powder Sencha Green Tea In A Salmon Pie?

The first thing we need to do is prepare the salmon steaks. Make four parts of each of the salmon steaks. Then, sprinkle salt all over it and let it rest for about five to ten minutes.

While preheating the oven to four hundred degrees Fahrenheit, you can now fry the salmon. It is preferable to use a non-stick pan. Put it over a high heat to fry it. Pour the wine but, please remember to put a cover on it just after adding the wine. Let it cook for three minutes. After this, you will be able to peel the skin off the salmon.

The next step is to prepare out pie sheet. Again, make 4 parts from the pie sheet. It will be about five by ten inches each.

Lay a part of the salmon on each of the pie sheets. Then, use the Sencha green tea powder to dust the salmon on top.

Remember the egg whites that we separated earlier? Use them to seal off the pie sheets. First brush the edges of the sheets then fold the sheets to seal out pie together. Remember to press the edges tight to keep all the ingredients inside the sheet. If you want, you can make any shapes you want with the pie, as long as it keeps all the ingredients inside. How about making it into fish shapes? This way, people will know that it is a pie made with fish. Cool, right? You can even make it more fishlike by carving scale patterns on top of the pie.

The last part is using the egg yolks. Just add a small amount of water to it then brush it on top of the pie to make it golden brown when cooked.

Using the preheated oven, bake our Powder Sencha Green Tea In A Salmon Pie for not more than twenty minutes or until it is golden brown. Enjoy!
