subject: Apple Ipad 3 Enhancements Galore! [print this page]

Apple Inc can take lot of credit for giving the technology world its first ever mobile computer tablet device when it got out the Apple iPad and ever since others have joined the fray and added their mobile tablet devices as competition. Still, so far at least it has been Apple iPads all the way.

The third generation Apple iPad 3 from the Cupertino, California-based technology company does not disappoint as well. The iPad 3 is not only fused to the brim with high end features all backed up by an equally impressive and healthy line up of technical specifications that back the various functions and attributes of the next generation iPad gadget to the hilt.

Apple Inc this time around has not made any revolutionary enhancements in the Apple iPad 3 when compared with what it provided in the predecessor, the Apple iPad 2. All the same, the millions of iPad users all across the globe had plenty to look forward to by way of improvements in the Apple iPad 3.

While Apple retained the 9.7 inches wide touch sensitive display screen that was there in the Apple iPad 2 but with the increased resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels from 1024 x 768 pixels.

The main camera of the iPad 2 was only of two mega pixels that delivered a 720p high definition video recording. Now, in the iPad 3 you have a five mega pixel all powerful snapper that gives you 1080p high definition video footage.

The Apple iPad 2 got for itself the dual core 1.5 Ghz processor while the new iPad 3 has the quad pro A5X chip set that is easily one of the beefiest processors around in the mobile business currently.

The Apple iPad 3 has the latest Apple iOS 5.1 version of the operating system while the second generation iPad 2 had only the Apple iOS version 4 only.

The Apple iPad 3 is equipped with Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) along with Bluetooth 4.0 as against the Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) along with Bluetooth 2.1 net connectivity and data networking found in the Apple iPad 2 device.

Apple was some reason did not think it fit enough to include its highly talked about Seri voice command in either of the tablet device.
