Ok, so weve looked over what the I-Phone 4S has to offer, and it has to be said that it is a remarkable phone - if only it wasnt so restricted by Apple and the carrier. When you buy an I-Phone, you do so from a chosen carrier, for example, AT&T or Verizon, that cell-phone provider then restricts the phone so that cannot be used with any other carrier, leaving you to pay the high call charges and data roaming fees. And its not only the carrier that restricts the phone, Apple are guilty of the same thing by only allowing you to download apps from the official App Store.
