Once an IT Support if logged off, the current remote support session will continue active, but new sessions or session reconnects can't be performed until he logs in again.
When it comes to speed, in this version there was an improvement, allowing a better performance overall, especially on slow and unstable networks. Remote support clients can use a new peer-to-peer mode, with file transfers performing up to 20 times faster than before.
