When you go on boot camp training, the usual duration of the training is four to six weeks. You are to work-out sternly which are demanding and strenuous. You have your instructor who supervises all your activities, and suitable to your capability. Here your activities are full-packed - spread in only a short time. You do push-ups, jumping jacks and squat thrusts in only two hours. You do calisthenics exercises which are done in military boot camps.

On the whole, camping training is efficient in affecting your entire body. Your heart and muscles are active. Although the whole program can be strenuous, you are required to do simple warm-ups to protect your muscles, joints and ligaments. The warm-up should not be misconstrued to be simple stretching. This is not the case. In this set-up, your warm-up exercises involve squats, sit-ups and walk on a treadmill. As you progress with your sessions, your activities will be modified and will become harder.

Boot camp training can be considered a hectic way to lose weight. But then, many had stuck to this method because of the great effects this had produced. Under supervised training you are guided on how to lose weight properly with the exercises progressively changing based on individual capability.
