Arrive to Cairo airport, meet and assist by your tour manager then transfer to your hotel for check in with an exclusive air conditioned modern van. Our rep will provide you with detailed info about your holiday itinerary advice all procedures and finalize all pick up time for your holiday time, overnight in Cairo.
Day 2: Giza Pyramids / Egyptian Museum Tour
Breakfast at your hotel in Cairo and then met by your personal guide who will accompany you in day tour to the Great Pyramids of Giza and Sphinx, varying between six-thousand and even thirteen-thousand years old, and Valley temple facing the great statue. All places are wheelchair accessible. Lunch at a good quality restaurant. Then move onto the Egyptian Museum, well-paved place, where you can see the collection of Tutankhamen among other splendid pharaonic artifacts. Then transfer to see Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Back to hotel and overnight in Cairo.
Day 03: Luxor City Sightseeing Tour
After breakfast, check out from hotel in the morning then transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor where you will be met & assisted then transferred to enjoy tour in the west bank visiting the famous Valley of Kings which was used for burial and many kings buried in this valley. The most known tombs are for King Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tut-Ankh-Amon, King Ramssess VI, King Mrenptah and AmonhotepII. Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, it was built by the only pharaonic woman who reigned ancient Egypt. Then our tour is passing by the colossi of Memnon for about 15 minutes ( Remains of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III ). Transfer to your hotel in Luxor and overnight in Luxor. Optional trip to Sound & Light Show at Karnak Temples.
Day 04: Fly Back to Cairo
After breakfast, you will see the magnificent Karnak Temples and Luxor Temple. Then you will be driven to Luxor airport for flight to Cairo, where you will be met and assisted at the airport and taken to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 05: Final departure
Breakfast, transfer to Cairo International Airport for departure.

Extra charges for food ordered a la carte or from room service. These charges must be paid directly to the hotel or restaurant.
If you have a problem with any of the Tour Services provided it should be brought to the immediate attention of our representative or the company directly whilst on the Tour. We will then attempt to rectify the situation immediately. Upon return it is almost impossible to correct a situation that could have been corrected during the Tour. Please note that if you choose for any reason not to participate in any part of the program once on the tour, there will be NO refund for these services, as they are prepaid based on the number participating.
We act only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, motor coach, private car, boat, aircraft, or any other convenience and assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes; -
Weather, acts of God, force majeure, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.
Changes:
Only our authorized representative, who would have a document in writing, is authorized to vary, add or waive any term or condition in this document.

We accept money in the following methods:
Cash payment upon arrival.
Bank transfer excluding the transfer fees.

Payment Policy:
Over land tours: No down payment is required as it can be done the day you start your confirmed day trip or the travel package, you can pay using any of the following methods (credit cards, travel checks, cash in your desired currency with updated exchange rate)
Shore excursions: No down payment is required, payment can be done upon your arrival and you can pay using any of the following methods (credit cards, travel checks, cash in your desired currency with updated exchange rate)
Flight excursions: Full payment is required at least 4 days before your requested trip with travel checks or in cash with your preferred currency.
Travel packages: 50 % of the total amount are required one complete week before the tour package starting day using any of the above mentioned methods of payment.
Cancelation policy:
- Same day of the tour: No refund.
- One day before: all money are fully refundable if you would cancel your booking even one day before as long as you will contact us within 24 hours before your booking date except for the travel packages that requests hotel booking or flight ticket, the same for the one day excursion by flight (in this case you will charged with 25% of your total cost for the cancelation 4 days before & 50 % of the total if cancelation would happen in less than 4 days prior your booking date).
