There is nothing slow about these fat burning cardio exercises. Just the very best, the cream of the crop.

You see it all the time.

Huge fat guys at the gym, fat girls, out running etc.

Maybe they have just started trying to lose weight, if that is the case, then jolly good on them, but more often than not, they have been trying for years.

I know some people who have been trying for years and still don't have the results they want.

Now, this isn't because they are stupid or have a low IQ, it is just that they aren't doing it right.

Fat loss is made up of two things:

Nutrition

Exercise

Nothing else.

Here are those demon fat burning exercises I promised:

Boxing - Boxing is such a great fat burning workout it should be mandatory in every gym visit.

Not just because it is effective, but because it is so much fun that you want more and more.

Can't really say that about our old nemisis treadmill.

Exercise machines - To me, these machines are deathly boring. They are like sitting in one of those tea cups that go round and round at a carnival.

I like to change it up often on these machines, do 10 minutes of high intensity on one then jump onto the next one. Start on a rowing machine then hit treadmill, elliptical then exercise bike.

If you combine just these two workouts, you have more than enough exercise to get your body fat down to whatever level you choose.
