Everyone likes to feel good about themselves and we all need reassurance from other people sometimes that we are worth feeling good about. Second is the ability to make her smile.
If you make her feel good about life and herself and you have the ability to make her smile and laugh then you have one of the best qualities a man can have. Women like a guy who can uplift them and make them laugh. Smiling can bring anyone out of a depressed or funky mood and it's a great attribute to have when you can literally make someone smile.
Third is honesty.
Women want a guy who is going to be honest with them no matter what they are talking about. Honesty comes with being able to share what you are thinking and how you feel about certain things and showing your true colors at all times.

This is huge as many women have no clue as to what goes through their man's head and it drives them nuts.
