If you stress is getting to you, it is time to retrospect and think about how you handling these stressful situations. Avoid resorting to unhealthy techniques like smoking, drinking, binging, withdrawing from social activities and spending time with family and friends, sleeping too much and procrastinating.

Instead, be a bigger man and face these factors with your head up. Talk to close family and friends and ask them to help you through the tough time, if you are finding it difficult to express, vent out in a journal or a private blog. Also, every once in a while, it is important to take some time off by treating yourself with a body massage or doing any other activity with de-stresses you.

b. Take control of the environment you work and live in. Identify things, people and activities which stress you out and avoid interacting or engaging with these factors.

c. Organize your life. Make a to-do list and analyze your days, weeks and months. Cut off all the unnecessary errands and prioritize ones that need to be taken care of immediately.

The ideal way to live a stress free life is by organizing your thoughts and accepting who you are.
