How does CrossFit cost more than normal gym memberships?
The reason being is a normal gym membership if you come in, you use the equipment, if you choose you may know how, you may dont know how. Maybe you get injured, maybe you dont, or you dont show up you pay for your membership and no one ever wonders about you. In CrossFit, were more of a family, a society, a community. When you come in, someone knows who you are and you are checked and checked if you are working with a certified instructor in every single workout and every single time you come in someone is checking you and correcting you because we want you to succeed in your workout and have a better performance every time. So if you want a personal attention in a normal gym, on top of your membership youre going to pay for personal trainer for that personal attention. Whereas CrossFit, it all compound into it, every time youre going to have a certified one on one instructor correcting you for every workout to prevent injury and making sure youre training safely to succeed.
